Pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm str\u00e1nky potvrdzujete, \u017ee ste si tieto podmienky pre\u010d\u00edtali a s\u00fahlas\u00edte s ich dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Spr\u00e1va str\u00e1nky si vyhradzuje pr\u00e1vo zmeni\u0165 alebo doplni\u0165 tieto podmienky bez predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho upozornenia. Aktualizovan\u00e1 verzia nadob\u00fada platnos\u0165 okamihom jej zverejnenia na str\u00e1nke.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Pou\u017eitie materi\u00e1lov na stavenisku<\/h3>\n<p>V\u0161etky texty, obr\u00e1zky, dizajn, programov\u00fd k\u00f3d a in\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly zverejnen\u00e9 na str\u00e1nke s\u00fa predmetom autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v a s\u00fa chr\u00e1nen\u00e9 z\u00e1konom.<\/p>\n<p>Je to povolen\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prezera\u0165 materi\u00e1ly na str\u00e1nke na osobn\u00e9 nekomer\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017eitie;<\/li>\n<li>citova\u0165 materi\u00e1ly s povinn\u00fdm odkazom na zdroj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je to zak\u00e1zan\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kop\u00edrova\u0165, reprodukova\u0165 alebo distribuova\u0165 materi\u00e1ly bez s\u00fahlasu dr\u017eite\u013ea autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v;<\/li>\n<li>pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 materi\u00e1ly str\u00e1nky na komer\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely bez p\u00edsomn\u00e9ho s\u00fahlasu;<\/li>\n<li>vykon\u00e1va\u0165 \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu naru\u0161i\u0165 prev\u00e1dzku str\u00e1nky alebo obmedzi\u0165 pr\u00edstup ostatn\u00fdch pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Registr\u00e1cia a \u00fa\u010dty<\/h3>\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 funkcie str\u00e1nky m\u00f4\u017eu vy\u017eadova\u0165 vytvorenie \u00fa\u010dtu. Pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013e sa zav\u00e4zuje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>poskytova\u0165 presn\u00e9 a aktu\u00e1lne inform\u00e1cie;<\/li>\n<li>neposkytova\u0165 va\u0161e prihlasovacie \u00fadaje tret\u00edm stran\u00e1m;<\/li>\n<li>v pr\u00edpade neopr\u00e1vnen\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu k v\u00e1\u0161mu \u00fa\u010dtu okam\u017eite informova\u0165 spr\u00e1vu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Spr\u00e1va m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo obmedzi\u0165 alebo zablokova\u0165 pr\u00edstup pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013ea v pr\u00edpade poru\u0161enia t\u00fdchto pravidiel.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje<\/h3>\n<p>Osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sa sprac\u00favaj\u00fa v s\u00falade s platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi a z\u00e1sadami ochrany osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov na str\u00e1nke.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm str\u00e1nky s\u00fahlas\u00edte so spracovan\u00edm va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov v rozsahu potrebnom na poskytovanie slu\u017eieb.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Zodpovednos\u0165 str\u00e1n<\/h3>\n<p>Spr\u00e1va str\u00e1nky:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nezaru\u010duje nepretr\u017eit\u00fa a bezchybn\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku str\u00e1nky;<\/li>\n<li>nezodpoved\u00e1 za pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0161kody sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm alebo nemo\u017enos\u0165ou pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 t\u00fato str\u00e1nku;<\/li>\n<li>nezodpoved\u00e1 za obsah extern\u00fdch zdrojov, na ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 na str\u00e1nke odkazy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013e je zodpovedn\u00fd za svoje konanie pri pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed str\u00e1nky v s\u00falade so z\u00e1konom.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00e9 ustanovenia<\/h3>\n<p>V\u0161etky spory, ktor\u00e9 vznikn\u00fa v s\u00favislosti s pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm str\u00e1nky, sa rie\u0161ia rokovan\u00edm a v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee sa nedosiahne dohoda, v s\u00falade s platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi Ukrajiny.<\/p>\n<p>Ak m\u00e1te ak\u00e9ko\u013evek ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa podmienok pou\u017e\u00edvania, m\u00f4\u017eete sa obr\u00e1ti\u0165 na spr\u00e1vu prostredn\u00edctvom kontaktn\u00fdch \u00fadajov uveden\u00fdch na str\u00e1nke.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
